Hi, I'm Kate

I'm a Certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner and MPH with specializations in Behavior Change and Women's Health.

After struggling with nervous system regulation for more than 10 years, I realized that information overload and misguidance can be a serious obstacle for women who are trying to heal, so I became a Nervous System Coach.

Here's why I know I've touched something special:

  • I've gotten on the TEDx stage to debunk common myths about healing, particularly mental and emotional health

  • My book "Reclaiming Joy After Burnout: The Healing No One Taught You" comes out in 2028

  • Maybe most important: I've been there. Years ago, I took a year-long emergency medical leave due to nervous system collapse. I used these practices to recover, and I stand by them fiercely.
